My name is Dawn Smith and I am a BACP registered counsellor, offering private therapy in Suffolk. I work from comfortable consulting rooms in Ipswich town centre.
How I can help
No matter how lost, frightened or confused you may be feeling, I can help. But first, let me explain a little more about how counselling works.
As a counsellor, I don’t give advice and I won’t tell you what to do. But I won’t leave you to flounder alone either. In therapy, I aim to provide a safe space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and problems in confidence, develop a greater understanding of yourself, and be supported to consider the changes you may wish to make in your life.
